OUR STORY

Somerbond is an award winning supplier of quality licensed and non licensed woven and jersey loungwear, nightwear, and casual soft separates across adults and childrenswear. Somerbond was established in 1987 and was taken over at the end of June 2021 by Yaman Tekstil Group. It is now part of a much larger organisation.

We have an extensive expertise in Licensing and work with global brands such as Smiley, Music, Barbie, LOL OMG and Sesame St.

With manufacturing bases in India, China, Bangladesh, and Turkey. Somerbond only works with ethically approved, audited and compliant factories in these regions.

Our London based design team identify the latest trends by intensive research using platforms such as WGSN, along with international shopping trips throughout the year, in order to ensure our customers are first to deliver product which is both fashionable and on trend. Our team also carry out extensive fabric sourcing and development in Asia and in line with current environmental issues we are able to offer an extensive range of sustainable and recycled fabrics.
